Shipping and Returns

Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days.

Delivery is charged at Royal Mail postage rates to anywhere in the UK, for worldwide delivery please contact us.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any of your purchases from Alpaca Stuff, please return items via recorded mail within 7 days. A full refund will be issued on the condition that items are returned complete, unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

A refund of return postage will only be issued if the products are faulty or damaged.
